EVIA

Terms of Use

Effective Date: September 27, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Evia. By creating an account or using Evia, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using Evia

You must be at least 18 years old to use Evia.

Evia is a personal planning tool designed to help you organize important events, dates, tasks, and responsibilities and provide related reminders and recommendations.

You are responsible for the information you enter and for maintaining the security of your account.

2. Recommendations and Important Deadlines

Evia provides planning suggestions, reminders, and recommendations based on information you provide and the functionality available in the app.

Evia cannot guarantee that information, recommendations, reminders, dates, or notifications will always be accurate, complete, or delivered at a particular time. You remain responsible for verifying and meeting important deadlines, requirements, appointments, renewals, travel requirements, and other obligations.

3. Health and Professional Information

Evia may help you organize health-related dates such as prescription refills, annual physicals, or dental appointments.

Evia does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Evia is not a healthcare provider and should not be used for medical emergencies or as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

4. Evia+

Evia may offer optional paid features through Evia+. Evia+ may be available through auto-renewing subscription options. Current prices and subscription terms are displayed before purchase and may vary by country, currency, taxes, or future pricing changes.

Payment is charged through your Apple ID and processed by Apple. Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled in accordance with Apple’s subscription terms.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple subscription settings. Deleting Evia or deleting your Evia account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription. Where available, you may restore eligible purchases through Evia.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of information and content you add to Evia. You give Evia permission to process that information as necessary to operate, personalize, maintain, and improve the service.

Your use of Evia is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property

You may not misuse Evia, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems, or use Evia in violation of applicable law.

Evia and its software, design, branding, and other proprietary content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, add, suspend, or discontinue features of Evia from time to time. We do not guarantee that Evia will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or service.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Evia is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Evia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of or inability to use Evia, including reliance on reminders, recommendations, notifications, or information provided through the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

9. Ending Your Use of Evia

You may stop using Evia or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the service, or where reasonably necessary to protect Evia, its users, or others.

10. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms as Evia evolves. When we do, we will update the effective date above and provide additional notice where required.
